1. The reinforcement steel bar mesh machine adopts electrical synchronous control technique. Both separate-phase welding and welding time are controlled by digital and integrated electric circuit. This operation is accurate and stable. Firm welded spot is firm and without welded tracks.
2. The input front-panel is touch screen. The operation is more intelligent and reasonable.
3. The longitudinal wire and the cross wire are pre-straightened and pre-cut.
4. The pulling mesh is controlled by servo motor, And the pulling mesh is by pneumatic hopk. Wire mesh panel is pulled automatically.
5. Longitudinal wire feeding device save more welding time. The cross wire feeds from the hopper automatically.
6. The welding transformer adopts water-cooling system. The water cooling system prolongs the service time of transformer.
7. Cross wires also adopt pre-cut wires,the cross wire hopper obtains wires by motor driver devices, electric magnetic increase feeding device auto-feeding the wefts into the preparation area of the device from the large storing hopper(storage up to 1000kg),it is installed in the removable pulling mesh rack,very convenient to adjust and maintain.
8. Our transformers adopts big power at 160KVA every one,which can ensure the welding quality in good condition and adopt water cooling system,so the reinforcement steel bar mesh machine can work for 24 hours continuously.
9. Pulling mesh way adapts servo motor back and forward according to the setting parameters into the touch screen.
